Our driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name.
4) IF THERE IS A FLIGHT DELAY, WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
In case of delay, our partners who control all the flight schedules will be informed so that the driver will reach at the new time of arrival, at no cost to you.
5) YOU CAN PROVIDE AN INFANT OR CHILD SEAT?
Yes (without extra charge), as long as you inform us in the reservation form that you have to fill.
6) WHAT IF WE HAVE MANY BAGGAGES?
Usually in a taxi can fit 4 medium sized suitcases. If you have more than four, you should inform us via the booking form, to pick you up with the right vehicle.
7) IS THERE AVAILABLE WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE CAB?
Yes, all our taxis have free wi-fi.
8) WHEN AND HOW I PAY?
You may pay with cash or credit card (3% bank charges) when you will reach your destination.
9) WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE 5 PERSONS OR MORE?
In that case we will use 2 vehicles in a special price.
